Refund policy

Order Accuracy:
We take pride in the quality of our T-shirts. Please double-check your order details (size, color, and design) before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your T-shirt arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a photo of the item, and we will either replace it or issue a full refund.

General Refunds:
Due to the custom nature of Printify products, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Shipping delays outside our control

How to Request a Refund:

  2. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

  3. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

International Orders:
If you order from outside the United States, refunds will only cover the product cost, not international shipping fees or customs duties.
